Save all customization changes without closing Word.

Hold down on the Shift key when you drop down the File menu and you will see Save change to Save All. When you select this option, Word saves all your open documents and presents the Save As dialog box for documents that you have not previously named and saved.

Word also saves all changes you make to AutoText, macros, formatted AutoCorrect entries, toolbars, keyboard shortcuts, and other customizations to the normal.dot without the need to exit Word and subsequently answer Yes to the prompt.

Assign a keyboard shortcut to the FileSaveAll command in Customize / Keyboard.
