Do you have a favorite Web site you go to while working in Word?

You can put a hyperlink(s) to that site on Word's Menu bar or a toolbar.

1.  Go to Tools / Customize to display the Customize dialog box.

2.  Click Commands.

3.  Click and drag any icon to the Menu bar or a toolbar.  (It doesn't matter which icon you choose because you will change it in the next step.)

4.  With the Customize dialog box still open, right-click on the new icon and click the Change Button Image option, then choose your new image.

5.  Right-click on the new image button and select Assign Hyperlink, then Open.

6.  Manually type or copy/paste your URL link in the Address Box, then click OK.

You can now use keyboard shortcuts or the mouse to click on the icon and your default browser will launch directly to the Web page.

When you quit Word, you will be presented with a message asking if you want to save changes to the Normal template.  Answer Yes
