Dialog Box with Multiple Tabs

Most people know you can navigate through tabs in a dialog box with Ctrl + Tab and Ctrl + Shift + Tab (to go to a previous tab) without grabbing for the mouse.

Using the Tools / Options dialog box as an example, a faster way to get to a specific tab is to press Shift + Tab to put focus on the tab row as soon as the dialog box opens, then type the first letter of the desired tab.

What to do if two tabs have the same first letter and you want the second tab?  Hit the letter a second time.

When you have selected the desired tab, you can now tab through the options and use the spacebar to select or deselect options or press Alt + the underlined letter to go straight to an option.  Press Enter to accept changes and close the dialog box.
